1. Acceptance

By accessing or using HypeStorm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (such as Google or GitHub) or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts with those providers and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credit Packs and Payments

Credits are sold as one-time packs. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Packs are charged once at purchase and never renew automatically.

4. Credits

Credits purchased through packs never expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Welcome credits granted at sign-up can only be used for the free preview clip (a short, fixed-shot 480p render); they cannot be used for full videos or combined with purchased credits. If a video generation job fails, the credits charged for that job are refunded to your balance automatically.

5. Uploaded Content and Generated Videos

You are responsible for the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have it processed by AI video generation, and that any person depicted in a photo meant to represent a specific individual has consented to that use.

You may not upload photos of people who have not consented, photos intended to impersonate others, or content that is unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise abusive. We may remove generated videos and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the videos you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. You grant us the limited right to store and process your uploads and generated videos solely to operate the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property in trend formats, music, and other works), to transmit malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Video generation depends on third-party AI providers; rendering times and quality may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
